Since childhood, Nick knew he was born for a purpose. His purpose for being on this earth was to always leave people in a better place than he found them. Typically, that was accomplished by being a HOPE dealer. He found himself doing this throughout his high school and college days. Whether it was spending time at church, mentoring kids, teaching Sunday school, or community involvement.
Now, with 25 years experience in the sales industry, he continues to motivate and inspire people to be the best version of themselves. Co-Author of the book “Dude, Seriously! 41 Ways Sales People Sabotage their Sales Career”, he has personally coached over 300 individuals and countless groups teaching them how to develop their sales and leadership skills. With his entertaining and authentic approach, he has been invited to speak at more than 100 organizations all over North America for the last 7 years.
Nick specializes in tailoring a message with the primary objective of truly knowing and understanding yourself first. His approach focuses on Emotional Intelligence development to unlock growth. This foundation fosters a balance of Mind, Body, and Spirit. His holistic approach allows for congruency in each segment of life.
His passion pushes him to continue to learn new techniques and strategies to help bring the best out of those he is around. Organizations all over the country have leaned on Nick to offer a shot in the arm to their organization. Currently, he carries certifications from Crucial Conversations, John Maxwell, Personality Insights, and Innermetrix. Don’t be surprised if you see that list expand on a regular basis.
Nick lives his life by the quote from author Henry David Thoreau’s Walden,
“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practice resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life”.
Living by this approach, you can find Nick in the gym and spending his time with his wife Casey and bonus son Austin maximizing each moment and making life experience memories.
